**Job Overview**:
BulkBuy Produce is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth daily operation of our produce market. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, from team leadership to inventory control, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you are passionate about fresh produce, customer service, and building a positive, team-oriented culture, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening or closing the store
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Following and enforcing store procedures
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking produce
- Monitor sales performance, set goals, and ensure targets are met
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, hiring, and performance evaluations
- Develop strategies to increase store traffic, expand customer base, and maximize profitability

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role is not required but is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating a positive shopping experience
- Ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and meet financial goals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a food retail environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
