Our Team:
We have an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and collaborative individual to join the Support Operations team focusing on processes, metrics, new projects, and general development.
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of various projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Data Management: Use Salesforce and Excel to manage, track, and update project data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Reporting & Analytics: Analyze project data to provide insights into performance metrics, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Support to Managers: Assist managers with day-to-day tasks such as meeting scheduling, document preparation, and status updates. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the project lifecycle and recommend solutions for increasing efficiency.
- Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different teams and departments, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Risk Management: Help identify potential project risks and work with the managers to develop mitigation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate or master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in a project support, coordination, or management role.- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.- Some experience in analyzing data and producing actionable insights.- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is a plus.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications- Demonstrates understanding of technical software support processes and concepts- Familiarity with change management processes and risk control compliance- Experience in CRM or a related industry- Experience with enterprise integration tools

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD $60,000 - $70,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
