They are accountable for the overall management, status reporting, and stability of project work efforts, including pursuit and/or program delivery including scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks and issues, relationships, communication, organizational change management, business readiness and sustainability. **Accountabilities**: Program Management Analyzes and reports on Program metrics such as financials, milestone tracking of projects, risk assessment/mitigation, external project impacts and quality. Assists employees and leadership team in interpreting information received from business units or other departments and effectively link the communications to business unit and company objectives. Analyze management information reports and service delivery metrics to determine and communicate progress to stated goals and objectives Define program governance and controls Responsible for program planning and management throughout the program life cycle. Manage program budget. Manage program level risks & issues and take corrective actions. Team and Project Leadership Documents and communicates the progress of projects to include key measurements and opportunity areas and risk assessments to leadership team and key stakeholders. Conducts cost/benefit and risk/return analysis, evaluates results, and recommends best practice solutions. Responsible for employees by providing appropriate direction, coordinating program activities, monitoring program performance, and formulating and implementing action plans Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to motivate employees, compose memos and reports, participate in process improvement, and facilitate resolution of problems. Develop and Coordinate workflow Contribute to the establishment of the Scaled Agile performance standards and communicate standards to units of employees; implement and monitor program quality metrics to ensure quality customer service is achieved. Review practices to ensure consistency/adherence to policy and regulations. Communicate opportunity areas and recommend process changes in order to achieve goals. **Qualifications**: Post-Secondary Education in Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline Minimum 10 years experience leading multi-year, multi-million-dollar budget program Demonstrated SAFe experience leading a cross functional, interdependent program team that successfully delivered and maintains new products to market. Min 8 yr of Project Management and oversight experience, of which 3+ years in projects of transformational nature. Leading a team of at least 5 (non-direct reports), including coaching and developing the team as a leader of others Proficient with MS Office Suite including MS Teams and Zoom Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
