**The Role**:

Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Registrations, the Corporate Registrations Coordinator is responsible to provide day-to-day professional and timely service to all corporate registrants (professional accounting firms, professional corporations, and professional service providers) and potential registrants, ensuring that these clients can access information, registration documents and services they need to fulfill the requirements mandated under legislative authorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle corporate registrant (and prospective registrant) enquiries, including providing appropriate documentation and correspondence for the enquiry.
- Initial assessment of corporate registration submissions in accordance with legislative authorities, including follow-up on any outstanding requirements.
- Initial input and ongoing maintenance of information system records pertaining to all corporate registrants.
- Assist with annual corporate renewal process.
- Provide general administrative assistance for the department, which includes fielding registrant inquiries, management of electronic documents, and coordinating couriers and mail.
- Provide appropriate verification of corporate registration to third party inquiries.
- Provide statistical and record information pertaining to corporate registrants.

**Requirements**:

- Related experience in an office environment.
- Diploma / Certificate in a related field is an asset.
- Efficient and accurate data entry.
- Strong attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to adjust plans and priorities to work efficiently and effectively in changing situations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to build good working relationships with different stakeholders.
- Build good morale and cooperation, and foster a climate of trust, within the work team.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to the fundamental values of CPA Alberta.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
