As an Immigration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with navigating the complexities of immigration processes. **Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding immigration options and processes.
- Analyze client information and documentation to determine eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Maintain organized records of client cases using office databases and management systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the immigration process.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide informed guidance.
- Lead workshops or informational sessions to educate clients about immigration processes.
- Write clear and concise reports or summaries related to client cases as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities to guide clients through the immigration process effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and documentation requirements.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other office software for communication and documentation purposes.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client populations.
- Ability to procure necessary documents from clients efficiently.
- Skilled in writing detailed reports and case summaries that are easy for clients to understand.
- Familiarity with computerized databases for managing client information securely.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
