**Who We Are Looking For**:
As the **Business Development Lead**, you’ll be the leader of our **aluminum door** venture. From strategy and pricing to customer relationships and fulfillment, you’ll own every aspect of this exciting new venture. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape a brand that’s innovative, customer-focused, and built to last.
**What You’ll Do**
**Build & Lead the Business**
- Launch and scale the aluminum/glass cabinet door venture
- Develop pricing, vendor relationships, and business strategy
- Manage inventory, costs, margins, and supply chain variables
- Set and track performance goals
**Drive Business Development**
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle
- Prepare quotes, manage budgets, and build systems for growth
- Identify new opportunities and build lasting partnerships
**Own Product Knowledge & Execution**
- Support technical sales, design, and shipping
- Develop catalogues, pricing tools, and sales resources
**Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve escalated concerns and improve customer experience
- Represent the brand with integrity and a customer-first mindset
**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years in sales, customer service, or project coordination
- Experience in millwork, construction supply, or related industries
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something new
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
