Novus Glass is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Repair Technician

As a Customer Service Representative / Repair Technician, you will act as a brand ambassador and deliver a positive experience to all customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Repair Windshield stone chips, in-shop and mobile
- Telephone and customer walk-in inquires.
- Invoicing and collection of payment
- Booking customer vehicle replacements and ordering of parts required.
- Collecting customer insurance information to set up claims
- Helping out in the shop when needed, ie. washing windows, customer rides, vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and tidy atmosphere
- At least 1 year experience in customer service
- Knowledge of the auto glass industry, an asset but not required
- Computer knowledge
- Excellent work ethic, commitment to quality and positive team attitude
