**Overview**
We're seeking both employees and subcontractors that are skilled and reliable framers to join our team in residential and low-rise building construction.

**Responsibilities**
- Frame and set prefab floors.
- Install prefab walls.
- Utilize hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and maintain safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in framing/carpentry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints
- Strong knowledge of hand tools used in construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with other contractors.
- Must have tools, safety gear, and up to date safety tickets.
