InCom is currently recruiting for a **Loyalty & Retention Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent support and ensure a high retention rate
- Implement strategies and recommendations to retain customers to manage a win/win situation with the client
- Manage, record and report on complaints & customer feedback received and any relevant outcomes
- Carry out administrative duties and assist with the clients retention
- Review and monitor customer accounts and all applicable aging reports
- Maintaining detailed follow-up notes in the CRM for each account
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain good customer relations
- Work with Finance team to resolve clients’ billing issues and concerns
- Facilitate payments for outstanding accounts by sending reminders and contacting clients
- Assist with renewals/cancellations
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing, customer success, loyalty & retention, account management or strategic role. (SaaS, Marketing Agency / IT or Real Estate industry experience preferred)
- A positive attitude and ability to excel under pressure
- A detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Canadian University degree and/or college diploma in Business or related field is an asset
- Comfortable communicator through a variety of methods, always professional, courteous, and timely. Written and Verbal English proficiency with strong interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $46,536.00-$61,965.00 per year
