As an elite venue for weddings and social events in the GTA, Bellvue Manor is known for its stunning venue and unforgettable dining experiences.

We are currently looking for a Head Dishwasher/ Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this position you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the successful operation of the kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all dishes, cutlery, glasses, and kitchenware are properly sanitized and returned to the proper storage areas
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and orderly
- Wash, crop, peel, and prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking
- Ensure food is properly stored and safely handled for consumption
- Prepare kitchen tools for cooking
- Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized
- Assist the Head Chef and other kitchen staff when needed

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take direction and work as a team member
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety requirements and safe food storage guidelines
- Reliable transportation

**Experience**:

- Experience in the food service industry

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 2M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
