Salon Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Manage the salon's POS system for cash handling and transactions
- Assist with retail sales of salon products
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide information to clients about salon services and pricing
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cashiering, technical sales, or retail sales preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
