**Responsibilities**
- Tracking and management of process automation projects.
- Work with project team members and vendor resources to facilitate tracking of project milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with trades/consultants to maintain drawings, transmittals, logs, and binders.
- Organize project close-out including creating turnover documents and completing final records.
- Perform project accounting functions.
- Assist with development of in-house project management processes and procedures as required.
- Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years experience in project management / coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Training or experience in Microsoft Project or similar an asset.

**Desired**
- Ability to work successfully both individually and in team environments.
- Strong analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet and set deadlines.
- Highly motivated & ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner with a focus on client service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
