If you think you would be a good addition to our team please feel free to send your resume to us **Caregiving Duties**: Personal care, lift and transfer experience preferred (required for some clients) Cooking / meal prep Companionship Light housekeeping such as doing the dishes, vacuuming, and laundry Meal planning and preparation Transportation to Dr. appointments/ Outings/ picking up prescriptions/ grocery shopping/ golfing Helping to do Occupational Therapy exercises Seeking individuals wanting a long-term career opportunity that have flexibility, are compassionate, caring, with a genuine interest in improving the quality of life of others. We are seeking caregivers that are willing to take initiative, work well independently or as part of a team. Ability to speak and write well in English needed. Smart phone with data is necessary for schedule and reporting purposes. Criminal record check required and 2 professional references required. If you are detail orientated, dependable, honest, nurturing and fun loving you are just the right person. We are looking to hire someone who will fit this specific availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 9am-1pm. We anticipate the needs and schedule of this client to grow. We have ongoing relevant educational training modules to help you grow in your knowledge while you work **Duties**: - Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. - Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. - Administer medication as prescribed by a nurse or healthcare professional. - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry. - Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation. **Requirements**: - Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices. - A male caregiver with a love for sports, watching televised and live matches. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a compassionate and respectful manner. - Basic knowledge of medication administration procedures. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
