BrandBoosty Inc is looking for a creative, organized, and social-media-savvy Content Creator / Content Lead to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves ideating and creating content that performs—whether it’s for local businesses, KOLs, or our in-house brands. You’ll work closely with the strategy and video team to plan, produce, and publish content that’s engaging, on-trend, and aligned with each brand’s voice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Content Ideation for clients and internal projects across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Write scripts, captions, and shotlists for short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Coordinate and direct shoots with videographers and editors to bring ideas to life
- Oversee content calendars and campaign planning with the strategy team
- Manage visual direction for shoots, including cover photo design, trending transitions, and platform aesthetics
- Analyze performance and help optimize content based on trends and analytics
- Communicate with clients/KOLs to understand their brand tone and objectives
- Collaborate with editors to provide creative input on pacing, transitions, and edits
- Occasionally assist with light editing or quick reels using tools like CapCut or InShot

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in content creation or social media production
- Familiar with writing for short-form platforms (XHS, Reels, TikTok)
- Able to come up with creative hooks, trends, and storytelling ideas
- Comfortable directing content shoots and giving visual direction
- Solid understanding of social-first video structure, hooks, pacing, and thumbnails
- Organized, communicative, and detail-oriented
- Able to adapt quickly to content feedback and platform shifts

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Experience in beauty, fashion, food, or wellness content
- Background in copywriting or branding
- Knowledge of platform algorithms and content optimization
- Visual skills in Canva or basic design tools
- Experience managing junior creators or freelancers
