**Inclusion Support Worker**

**Position**:Permanent Part-Time

**Hours**:6-10 hours a week - Tuesday & Thursday Mornings

**Location**: Red Deer/Sylvan Lake

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support individual to sustain and grow in her volunteer role at a continuing care facility.
- Support individual to complete, and excel, at the tasks expected of her in her volunteer role, which includes transporting facility residents to and from the on-site hair salon.
- Facilitate individuals communication and relationships with residents, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Provide transportation to and from the individuals volunteer position.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- A deep and abiding commitment to the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities (the right for all people to belong, participate, and contribute to the community) 
- The ability to work independently in unstructured environments and work collaboratively with the individual’s family and other supports 
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required, as well as access to a reliable vehicle and applicable insurance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week

Work Location: In person
