Client Experience Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full-cycle client enrolment process, including issuing service agreements, Release for Medical Records and contacting previous physician offices and clinics as necessary.
- Conduct client orientation calls providing information on our programs and services.
- Manage client requests and answer questions to ensure all inquiries are met.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, representing our high client service standards and values in every interaction.

- Highly organized, results oriented and a strong attention to detail.
- A customer service-oriented background
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
