Are you a logistics enthusiast with a knack for keeping things moving smoothly? At Master Group, we are searching for a dedicated and resourceful Dispatcher (Répartiteur) to join our team.

This role is crucial in ensuring our operations are seamless, efficient, and always one step ahead.

**Location**:

- Head Office - Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC
- Optional locations: Calgary, AB or Vaughan, ON

Type: Permanent - Full-time
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office)
Languages: Bilingual (French & English)

**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Coordinate and optimize same-day and next-day forecasts for outbound itineraries across our private fleet
- Monitor the flow of work orders from the Distribution Centre to ensure smooth operations
- Strategically optimize itineraries for time efficiency and distance using advanced tools
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery schedules
- Support drivers with electronic logging devices (ELDs), primarily through GeoTab
- Ensure driver compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) and regulations such as SAAQ/Transport Canada guidelines
- Manage exceptions, like unassigned routes, to keep deliveries on track
- Assist drivers with the procurement of uniforms and necessary equipment

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- Proven experience in transportation or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven tasks and projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English

Compensation Information:

- Base Salary Range: $53,000 - $66,000 annually
- Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus

Preferred Qualifications (an asset, but not required):

- Experience with Fleet Management Systems (GeoTab is a plus)
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for data management and optimization
