BINX Professional Cleaning requires for a Team Leader to join our amazing team. If you are a PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN CUT and ENERGETIC person with an eye for detail and always have a smile on your face this position is for you We are looking for an individual to grow with our company that has a "Go-Getter" attitude and work ethic. We have annual shoe and uniform allowances **The job involves but is not limited to**: - Covering call in shifts as required - Perform cleaning tasks as per schedule - Perform other tasks; window cleaning, floors restoration, carpet cleaning as required - Work with other staff to ensure cleaning is maintained with Binx standards - Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies and products and addressing repairs or replacement as needed - Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products. - Able to work independently and work well with others **Qualifications and Skills**: - Having previous cleaning experience is preferred. - Expectations are as follows: - Ability to follow verbal and written directions. - Training will be provided - Ability to work independently as well as with a partner or as a team. - Must be reliable, punctual with dedicated professionalism to your job and duties. - Ability to adapt to changing of work schedules or routines - Time management skills - Attention to detail - Organized and able to follow a schedule. - Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time. - General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning. - Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled - Flexible working hours **Salary**: - $16.50 /hour+
