Tru Earth is looking for an **Eco collective Sales Associate to work on Saturdays from 9am-4pm**

The Eco-Collective Sales Associate is customer-focused person whose primary goal is to provide exceptional service to every customer, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.

**Main Job Tasks, & Duties**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and offer recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Handle customer inquiries, escalate customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Teamwork with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and product launches
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

**Education and Experience**
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with operating a POS system is a plus

- Strong customer service and relational skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of products and ability to make product recommendations
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
