**DESCRIPTION OF POSITION**:
- Work Order Administration:
- Develop and implement work order processes
- Drive improvement by reviewing completed work orders, identifying re-occurring issues, trends, training opportunities or required follow-ups.
- Audit and maintain the CMMS
- Maintenance Scheduling:
- Coordinate scheduling of planned maintenance including PM’s, weekday, weekend, and holiday work.
- Work with PM Team to develop and implement improvements to the PM program.
- Utilize production planning schedules to coordinate daily work orders.
- Create and deploy annual PM plan
- Internal Administration:
- Maintain Maintenance records for compliant Quality and Safety audits.
- Develop and implement world class practices
- Coordinate completion of daily maintenance administration (timesheets, permits, RCFS’s, etc.)
- Maintain weekly and monthly Maintenance Scorecards KPI’s.
- External Services Coordination (planned/unplanned):
- Coordinate the administration of external services (scheduling, service report documentation, Insurance, etc.)
- Coordinate external equipment repairs (service calls, asset tracking, P.O. creation, etc.)
- Supervise PM team (including permanent PM team members, rotating PM team members, and contractors)
- Provide support to the Maintenance Manager position (back up coverage)
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) designation
- 3-5 years’ experience as Maintenance Planner in food processing/packaging
- Thorough understanding of skilled trades and maintenance practices
- Proficient in world class standards in preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Working understanding of audit compliance for maintenance procedures and scheduling.
- Required understanding of performance metrics for tracking and improving processes.
