**Status: Part time ALTERNATE**
**Department: Central Registration & Admitting Program**
**Site: St. Joseph's Hospital**
**Number of Positions: 3**
**Shifts: Days & Evenings**
**Rate of Pay: $25.104 $29.531 per hour**
**Qualifications:

- Diploma from a College Secretarial Program, preferably Health Care Administration
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
