Established in 1931, Cutten Fields has grown over the years and now offers a year round venue for casual and fine dining, banquets, weddings, social events and various other functions, as well as Golf & Tennis.

We are looking for a full time Event Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, our Event Coordinator is responsible for promoting, planning and organizing events while ensuring a high quality guest experience.

**We are looking for someone to**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with our members and guests
- Develop proposals for all potential clients
- Maximize revenue through event sales
- Develop new business opportunities through marketing channels
- Accurately enter all necessary information into the Banquet Event Orders
- Communicate with guests and members about their events, including reminders, date confirmations, etc.
- Supervise and coordinate events on the day of
- Maintain onsite presence when required
- Other duties as required

**The person we are looking for**:

- Completed post-secondary education in Events Planning/Management preferred
- 2 years experience in Events is preferred
- Sales background
- Strong communication skills, and presents themselves professionally at all times
- Is able to work independently and takes initiative - has a positive, solutions based attitude
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
