The Ed’s Bowling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the staff and daily operations of the Bowling Counter, Lounge and Kitchen, Billiards and Escape Room all within Ed’s Bowling, while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are always upheld and delivered to our guests.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring the facility is adhering to all required customer service expectations and that cleanliness, liquor control and safety standards are always adhered to.
- Providing supervision and guidance to Ed’s Bowling employees through effective role modeling and coaching techniques while ensuring all customer’s needs and expectations are always met and exceeded.
- Taking a hands-on approach to assist with any daily facility operational requirement including but not limited to; assisting with serving, bussing, bowling operations or the escape room to ensure prompt service for our guests.
- Being called upon to resolve any customer service issues, public inquiries, and guest concerns in the absence of the Manager.
- Assisting with the onboarding, training, and performance management of all employees of Ed’s Bowling.
- Ensuring all opening or closing duties and required checklists are completed.
- Keeping an open line of communication with all staff and Managers and completing any administrative responsibilities as required including league set up and coordination.
- Other responsibilities as required.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have two (2) to three (3) years-experience of previous supervisory experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurant, lounge, or entertainment-based facility.
- Completion of ProServe certification or able to take the required training.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Must be comfortable using computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
