**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the testing efforts for projects involving Werum PAS-X ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the testing team fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the project lifecycle.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any issues and recommending solutions.
- Develop and implement testing strategies that align with industry best practices and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the testing process.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Monitor and track testing progress identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team promoting innovation and excellence.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Support the deployment of software releases ensuring all testing activities are completed successfully. Qualifications
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Hold a relevant degree in computer science bioinformatics or a related field.
