- Days, Saturday and Sunday, 2/3 weekends, 8 hour shifts (09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00)- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.
**Responsibilities**:
**Basic Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
- Minimum 6 months recent experience working in a computerized Contact Centre environment or equivalent clerical experience in a busy fast paced customer service environment requiring extensive multi-tasking;
- Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
- Data Entry (4000 k/h);
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills;
- Strong organizational, time management, oral communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).- Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.**What you can expect from us**:
