**About the Role**
Reporting to the Director of Merchandising, the Merchandising Coordinator will work with the Reporting Analyst, Buyers, Category Managers, and other cross functional teams to support the Merchandising Team at Coast through providing reporting and analytics to vendors and internal teams, tracking store design display enhancement projects, building planograms, and supporting the Commercial Buyer through high demand periods.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Analytics & Procurement Support**:

- Support the Reporting Analyst with weekly inventory reporting execution
- Collaborate with Commercial Buyer to support ordering execution through high demand periods
- Support the Merchandising team with data uploads related to promotions, pricing and new or discontinued models.

**Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design partners, operations, and vendors to ensure the smooth progress of store design projects & rhythms.
- Maintain and update detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Build and update planograms based on assortment changes driven by Category Managers.

**Budget Tracking**:

- Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and costs to ensure projects are completed within approved financial limits.

**Administration**:

- Support Director with administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to analyze information and processes quickly.
- Ability to work well on your own and collaboratively as part of a cross functional team.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Retail Industry experience preferred.
