**What you will do**
- Work with the Sales Manager to generate new leads using existing tools while innovating and creating new ways to generate business
- Lead generation
- Including cold calls, social media, CRM, creating/managing new and existing relationships
- Create weekly posts with content from active job sites
- Manage incoming social media activity
- Proactively target and bring on new clients/accounts
- You will build a strong brand in account management and client service - key drivers in our business
- You will work in a fast moving and novel work environment that will put your best talents to work every single day
- Keep Sales Manager informed on a consistent basis, reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Stay on the cutting edge by staying informed about the latest products & services

**What you need**
- To be successful in this role bring your strong multitasking ability, ability to read and sell to any audience, drive to achieve and succeed, aptitude to retain information quickly, ability to build strong, lasting relationships, a strong work-ethic and a competitive nature
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently to close sales
- Knowledge of home automation is a must
- Social Media Management an asset
