**The Position**:
We’re in search for a Business Solutions Associate/Account Associate. Someone to intermediate communications between the operations team and our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account coordinator matters
- Keeping the client informed of all activities regarding their digital initiatives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of all marketing tasks
- Respond to inquiries from various customers associated with various campaigns
- Develop new marketing strategies for clients
- Formulate marketing proposals
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (operations teams, CEO, clients ect.) to ensure top quality marketing performance

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 2 year of account management or customer service experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of SaaS or Digital Marketing experience
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Detail oriented and have the ability to multitask
- Strong writing and oral skills
- MUST HAVE HUSTLE

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
