Abilities Community Services is looking to fill the casual pool for skilled Residential Support Workers supporting one individual with mental health and addictions in their home.
- **Note: Applicants Must Be Fully Vaccinated**

**Responsibility of the position includes, but is not limited to**:

- Supporting adults with mental health and addictions
- Assist with Crisis Intervention
- Work on goals contained in Person Centred Plans
- Take part in planning options for participants
- Food and meal preparation
- Household chores
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Any other tasks as may be necessary
- Must work well in a team environment

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working with Mental Health and Addictions
- Current First Aid/CPR Level C
- Class 5 drivers license
- Naloxone Training
- Medical clearance including a recent negative TB test
- Non Violent Intervention Training
- A clean criminal reference check
- CSW diploma or relevant work experience
- Food Safe

**Compensation**:

- This is a position in a union environment
- Wage will be determined by the number of years/hours that you have worked and will follow the Community Living Services Collective Agreement
- Wages range from $25.05 - $28.75

Pay: $25.05-$28.75 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
