We are currently seeking **Full-Time Remote Appointment Setters** to help customers use an online portal and set appoinments in the health care industry. This position is right for you if you possess excellent customer service skills, a genuine care for customers, and can easily build rapport and demonstrate empathy.

- Ability to work from home in a quiet space, free from distraction
- Must have open availability to work between 9:00 am - 10:00 pm PST
- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Must be double vaccinated**

**Technical Requirements**:

- Windows 10 or 11 computer software (PC/laptop) - we are NOT compatible with MacBook or Chromebook
- Connection **MUST** be hardwired to the router/modem with an **ethernet cable**; No WIFI
- Internet Connection: 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload
- USB Headset with microphone
- Smartphone
- Must be located in Canada
