**Position Summary - **MINIMUM 1 YEAR REQUIRED IN DONORPERFECT/CRM**

The DonorPerfect/CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s donor database system (DonorPerfect). This role ensures accurate data entry, reporting, analysis, and utilization of donor information to support fundraising, stewardship, and organizational decision-making. The specialist provides technical support to staff, maintains database integrity, and helps optimize donor engagement through efficient use of DonorPerfect tools and integrations.

DATA BASE MANAGEMENT
- Data base entry of donations, memorial donations, event money, donations in kind, etc. -Processing of cash, credit cards and/or cheques - Ensuring the timely issuance of accurate invoices and receipts (taxable and non-taxable) - Tracking of donations-in-kind - Preparation of related reports as requested

GIFT PROCESSING & ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
- Process donations (online, mailed, in-person, and recurring) through DonorPerfect. - Ensure timely and accurate generation of donor acknowledgments, tax receipts, and thank-you letters. - Reconcile gift records with the Finance department to ensure accuracy. - Assist with mail merges, donor communications, and event invitations using DonorPerfect tools.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
