Regional Revenue Manager

The Regional Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue across
B-Hospitality’s properties, the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre, Bayfront Inn, and Windermere House. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring financial efficiency and compliance for all B-Hospitality properties.
**Job Functions**:
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for each property, considering market trends, competitor analysis and demand forecasts.
- Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand for rooms and other services.
- Collaborate with the on-site teams to adjust strategies based on seasonal variations and special events.
- Implement strategies to maximize room revenue during peak periods.
- Evaluate the performance of different distribution channels (OTA, direct bookings, etc..) and optimize the channel mix to enhance overall revenue.
- Leverage revenue management systems and technology to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **Post-Secondary Degree in, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.**:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry with a track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in revenue management tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, market trends and distribution channels.
- Familiarity with sales automations and CRM systems.
- Negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
