**The Opportunity**
- Our rapidly growing technology company is seeking a skilled, motivated and well rounded Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. As a key member of the HR team, you will play an instrumental role in driving our HR initiatives and supporting the business needs of the company through coaching, training and developing culture You’ll wear many hats and take on the unique challenges of a startup organization.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation.-
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to support the growth and success of the business.-
- Coach department managers on a variety of issues.-
- Develop and implement forward thinking policies, procedures, and programs that are people centric and contribute to a positive environment.-
- Develop executive reports.-
- Support a global workforce.-
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as benefits, policies, and procedures in both Canada and the US.-
- Recruitment and onboarding.-
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the overall business goals.-
- Partner with management to conduct effective talent management and succession planning.- Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to design and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees.
**Qualifications**- 5 years of HRBP experience.-
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.-
- Experience developing programs and running projects.-
- Coaching and mentoring skills.-
- Independent thinker.-
- Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations.-
- Understanding of compensation practices.-
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.-
- Strong project management and organizational skills.-
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.-
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders.-
- ADP experience is an asset-
- Experienced with office software.- Ability to laugh at HR Directors jokes.
