**Qualifications**
As an accomplished, empathetic and engaging leader, you have pursued related studies in public administration, finance, business or relevant field of study and have taken on progressively senior positions leading large, complex and diverse portfolios within a public sector, multi-union environment. The Town of Oakville will benefit from your extensive strategic business planning, fiscal accountability/sustainability and human resources expertise. With outstanding communication skills, an ability to reflect a big picture, corporate mindset and strong relationship-building skills, you bring a balance of strategic and operational capability.
