Position SummaryThe Whistler General Manager is responsible for providing leadership to our team, building a strong shop culture, achieving our KPIs of customer service, revenue and profit and building our brand within the local community.This General Manager position is a hybrid sales / operations role. The most important part of the General Manager role is to help promote a productive environment, setting the team up for success to ensure we are delivering legendary service to our customers and partners. More specifically, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Leaders and Ski Technicians in their roles of delivering ski and snowboard rental equipment to our guests. This includes scheduling future shifts, ensuring equipment is up to our brand standards, consistent coaching for the team and managing our P&L. You will also be responsible for growing the business through local sales with hotels, property management companies, concierges and more. This position is a full time, seasonal position.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and will excel in a flexible, fast-paced work environment. Someone who has management experience and who understands what it means to go above and beyond.
