We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with knowledge and experience in the construction industry. This individual will be extremely organized, possess outstanding communication skills, and can work well under pressure. Cliff and Evans Ltd. operates in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and services many high profile clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Senior Project Coordinator, Site Supervisors and Project Managers on all aspects of the project including: coordination, scheduling, tendering, project start-up and close out.
- Responsible for obtaining quotes in a timely fashion, job tracking and take-offs.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with trade contractors, consultants, sub-trades, designers and clients.
- Responsible for preparing tender analysis, contracts, permit submissions, WSIB clearances and utility locates.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Computer savvy with a very strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project and exposure to various other industry software programs.
- Assisting with other duties as required by the Senior Project Coordinator, Site Supervisors, and Project Managers.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in construction coordination or related field (architecture, engineering, design).
- Strong business acumen and demonstrable client service experience in the construction industry.
- Understanding of budgets, construction processes, scheduling and planning.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
