Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board (HPEDSB) serves approximately 15,400 students each day at 38 in-person schools (31 elementary, two K-12; four 7-12, one secondary). **Responsibilities**: Provide administrative and leadership support to principal/delegate by organizing and coordinating the office workload. Responsible for maintaining office efficiency and integrity of information. This position provides support to the school building staff including matters of a confidential nature while handling daily work pressures, requiring constant concentration to a volume of work, which must be completed within a limited period of time. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Serves as immediate supervisor to the office assistant.

**Qualifications**:Two-year college diploma in business studies or equivalent required for clerical, organizational and management skills; over two years and up to three years combined related experience and on-the-job training to become familiar with the various duties and timelines involved in a one year school cycle and to become knowledgeable on board and school practices and policies and Ministry regulations i.e. ONSIS, year-end rollover. Excellent computer and word processing skills; excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Experience with Aspen and Board Accounting Financial software is required.
