**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keep It Clean & Organized**: Maintain an orderly warehouse environment where everything has its place, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- **Inventory Management**: Help receive, store, and track inventory, ensuring products are always where they need to be.
- **Order Picking & Packing**: Work with speed and precision to pick and pack orders, ensuring customers get exactly what they’ve ordered, when they need it.
- **Inventory Counts**: Conduct regular checks, ensuring that stock levels match records and identifying discrepancies before they become issues.
- **Operate Equipment (Training Provided)**: Learn to use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move goods efficiently (training will be provided).
- **Teamwork**: Work closely with your team to meet daily operational goals and create a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
- **Safety First**: Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- **Truck Loading/Unloading**: Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, keeping things moving and ensuring smooth logistics.
- **Other Tasks**: Jump in on additional warehouse duties as needed to keep things running like clockwork.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience in the Fence/Deck Industry & knowledge of fencing related accessories/components is required.**:

- Ability to lift heavy items and stay on your feet throughout your shift.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems is an advantage, but we’ll train you
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.

- Valid Driver’s License **(required).**
