Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

Conducting Research and Analysis:

- Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and internal operations.
- Perform SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Developing Strategic Plans:

- Collaborate with executives to define the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Design and propose short
- and long-term plans to achieve business objectives.

Identifying Opportunities for Growth:

- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, or expansion possibilities.
- Provide recommendations on investments or cost-saving initiatives based on analysis.

Facilitating Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

- Work with different teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to align strategies and ensure cohesion in the organization's objectives.

Monitoring and Evaluating Progress:

- Track the performance of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adjust strategies based on progress reports and changing business conditions.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks that could impact the execution of the strategic plan.
- Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership to communicate the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops or strategy sessions with key stakeholders.

Advising Leadership:

- Provide insights and guidance to senior management regarding business direction, market shifts, and competitive positioning.

Business Case Management
- Acts as project leader for key initiatives to develop business cases across cross functional teams
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Provide regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
- Between three (3) to five (5) years of experience in consulting and/or project management with a good knowledge of strategic planning
- Previous experience in strategic planning, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Previous experience in transport, logistics operations or supply chain management is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Reporting: Ability to summarize complex and multidisciplinary data into comprehensive executive reporting. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge: understanding of strategic planning and project management concepts, methodologies, principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic hypergrowth environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Linguistic: Communicate Effectively in French and English

Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- Project Management tools (Planner, Monday, JIRA, etc.)
