Do you have what it takes?
- Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (required)
- Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, Mspa and EMR
- Retail Experience (beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport (required)
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming persona

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.
- Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.
- Billing and Invoice management.
- Maintain patient flow and wait for room management.
- Goods inwards and delivery.
- Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.
- Work effectively both independently and in teams.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Extended benefits post probation

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
