**About Us**:
We are the leading distributor of Cannabis Accessories in Canada. We are looking to fill a
**Floor Supervisor** role within the
**Shipping** department. Do you have strong leadership skills in an ever-changing environment? Are you looking for a challenging career with an innovative organization? **Essential Functions**:

- Oversee all aspects of shipping, ensure all documentation for incoming and outgoing goods are complete
- Coordinate all unloading and loading of all products
- Ensure all products are verified inspected against purchase orders, and ensure all discrepancies have been reported.
- Ensure the team you are supervising is on track to meet goals
- Conduct daily inspections for safety, production and deliveries
- Participate in daily meetings with warehouse team
- Analyze reports and make adjustments to always maintain efficient production and deliveries

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing (shipping)
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Proven experience in training and motivating staff to ensure all employees are meeting expectations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ERP Software such as SAP/Produmex.
- Exceptional problem solver with an excellent attention to detail

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)

**Full-time position | hours of operation Mon - Fri 8:30am to 4:00 pm**.

**Salary**: $22-23/hr
