In this role, you'll have a direct line of collaboration with the company founder and other key executives of a rapidly expanding business coaching company. You will conceptualize, develop, and lead the complete performance marketing division of the organization.

We help residential building and construction companies to grow their businesses and need a new marketing manager / CMO to join our 21-strong team to lead our marketing department.

**We are looking for a world-class, experienced person who**:
- Has at least 5+ years of experience in direct response marketing in the digital or info/coaching space
- Understands how to find and collate metrics to make accurate decisions
- Is able to work collectively with Sales to drive success
- Ability to lead a team including media buyer, designer, copywriters, video editor, etc
- You have worked with high-ticket funnels before
- You are at the top of your game
- You can test and optimize to scale campaigns
- You have experience in copywriting, optimizing funnels, and working with an ad creative team
- You have experience developing the marketing strategy/outline for a campaign both online and offline
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Leading the marketing team
- Owning the results of the marketing department
- Forming an overall marketing strategy and putting together a plan to make it happen
- Project management (ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time, and to a high standard)
- Quality control over everything that goes out
- Communicate effectively with management and other key stakeholders
- Identifying world-class best practices and frameworks we can implement into the business
- Hitting all agreed KPIs and matrics
