WITH is an up-and-coming hospitality group looking to hire an experienced Guest Experience & Reservation Manager.

**JOB TYPE**: Full-time
**SCHEDULE**: Tuesday to Saturday 10h-18h ; Flexwork (remote)
**SALARY**: starting $55,000.00 per year

**DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience from start to finish at all WITH Hospitality restaurants (Ryu, Ayla, Sushi Dept, Livia)
- Manage reservations across all platforms (Sevenrooms, Resy, OpenTable, Phone, etc.) to ensure a smooth service flow and elevated guest experience
- Assist managers with VIP table reservations and special requests
- Create and maintain guest profiles, sharing information with all staff members
- Strive to always raise the bar on guest satisfaction through positive and professional experiences, providing friendly and warm interactions
- Work with leadership developing hospitality standards, communications and guidelines
- Monitoring guest feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Respond to guest feedback, reviews and comments, following up where necessary and ensuring that each priority is resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Implement appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Resolve conflicts and complaints with a calm, polite and professional approach
- Inspire in your team members a sense of ownership and partnership to maintain the company’s reputation and luxury status

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of hospitality, restaurant management or guest service experience
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills
- Must be bilingual - oral and written (FR & EN)
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
