As the Assistant Food Services Manager, you will work with the department manager to oversee all aspects of our food service operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and satisfaction. You will be responsible for assisting with menu planning, staff management, budget control, and compliance with health regulations. Your role will be crucial in providing nutritious and enjoyable meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.

- **Leadership Excellence**: Exceptional leadership skills are crucial for this role, as the Food Services Manager will oversee the food service operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. They must inspire and motivate the kitchen and service staff to uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for interacting with residents, families, and staff. The Food Services Manager must be able to convey information clearly and persuasively while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
