This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Operator to join a dynamic team. The Civil Operator will be responsible for coordinating and operating construction equipment to clear, prepare and lay foundations, trenches, drainage and sub-grade. Since this role is physical and demanding, we’re looking for someone who is physically fit, motivated to succeed and willing to work alongside others. You must be able to work independently to complete assignments. You must have the ability to work in a safe manner while building a strong work ethic on the job. You must also help out colleagues when necessary. In addition, you should be able to work with mínimal supervision while treating everyone with respect and honesty.
