**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform installation of metal materials, ensuring proper alignment and secure fitting.
- Execute all installation and finishing tasks with precision and care.
- Use caulking techniques to seal joints and gaps for a polished finish.
- Read and interpret drawings to understand project requirements and layouts.
- Restore surfaces as needed, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
- Plumb installations to ensure proper alignment and functionality.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in installation roles or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and installation tasks.
- Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials is a plus.
- Experience with problem solving and understanding what is being asked.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
