**Overview**

As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the shopping experience for our clients. Your expertise in fashion trends, product knowledge, and customer service will help clients make informed decisions that reflect their personal style. You will be responsible for providing personalized fashion advice, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with sales in a dynamic retail environment.

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on current trends.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various items.
- Assist customers with fitting room selections and upselling complementary products.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects brand standards.
- Process transactions efficiently through cashiering duties while ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, new arrivals, and inventory to provide informed recommendations.

**Skills**
- Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling and customer engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Experience in technical or technology is a plus.
- Must be articulate and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must present oneself well and maintain a polished appearance.
- Experience with different social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos that highlight key features.
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends is essential.
