Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in your community? As an ODSP Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering essential social services to those in need. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and implement local strategies that align with provincial priorities, ensuring program integrity and high-quality client service. You will be at the forefront of managing and improving service delivery, addressing emerging trends, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining compliance with legislation and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the ODSP program.
We are currently hiring 3 ODSP Managers. These are permanent positions that can work from any of the locations below. They will be assigned to any of the offices as per operational needs.

About the Ontario Disability Support Program
The Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) provides income support and employment support to eligible adults with disabilities. The mandate for the Social Assistance Programs Division is to design, deliver, support and oversee person-centred, responsive and accountable social assistance services in Ontario, focused on improved outcomes, service quality and sustainability. The division combines policy and delivery expertise with strong partnerships across the Ontario Public Service, municipal and First Nations Governments and beyond to achieve its objectives.
