The Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa is growing and is looking to add more front of house restaurant Assistant Restaurant Manager positions to our award winning AQUA Bistro & Wine Bar & Ocean 7 Restaurant team.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience using Squirrel Systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
- Food knowledge and passion
- Experience with reservations systems
- Team player
- Must be energetic & enthusiastic
- Reliable transportation a must
- Personable & well groomed
- Be a leader and be able to direct staff and also work alongside them
- Be able to address guest complaints or concerns and turn the negative into a positive.
- Implement service requirements
- Ability to jump into any situation and be hands on
- Wine knowledge / bartending / serving experience an asset
- Be punctual
- Working weekends and holidays
