**What your day will look like as a Customer Service Representative**:
The CSR is responsible for compiling and processing daily, weekly and monthly ramp sales reports, inventory sheets, POS reports and customer fuel sales as well as provide assistance to customers and staff as required.
- Prepare and balance daily ramp sales report;
- Enter daily ramp sales report into manual ledger and computer system;
- Monitor fuel inventory daily and balance fuel inventory to daily ramp report;
- Balance and process weekly POS reports;
- Record Customer fuel sales;
- Calculate monthly Shell contract sales and forward to Shell for processing;
- Arrange reservations for transport, accommodations, catering, etc. as requested by customers;
- General Daily Housekeeping Duties (conference room, etc.);
- Perform other related customer service duties as assigned.
**What is expected from a Customer Service Representative at Innotech Aviation Services?**
- High School Diploma;
- General knowledge of accounting (asset);
- Previous customer service experience;
- Computer Skills: Intermediate Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word; Strong organizational skills/numeric accuracy;
- Flexibility in relation to work schedule.
